call me back; by the time he did, machine began to work just as it was supoosed to; sound just fine; tech explained that sometimes new machines need time to "act right" (all I did was unplug it 3 times when it started working per instructions).Bottom line: company very helpful, stick with their warantees, made a very good machine (just wish I could have gotten it in Oak.)

Machine works wonderfully, sound quality on recordings is decent, and it looks beautiful!!
