My wrist is pretty small, so I generally have issues finding anything that fits well, but the adjustable band on the second to last setting fits comfortably and the excess band tucks under and doesn't flop around (unlike my GPS watch!).I'm not really a fan of putting no instructions in the packaging on how to do the setup and just directing to the website, which directs you to download the app.

and it crashed repeatedly before it "took".The gold band on the sport band has no function-it simply is ornamentation

Although the band is easier to put on it also knocks off your wrist easy

It would be a great choice for emergency contact device older people that had a phone and the band was very attractive

Really enjoying my sport band - it was easy to set up, fits well, looks great, and most importantly, works

Unfortunately, I cannot say how it worked as it was given to my adult daughter for a Christmas gift who leaves in the DC area
