Cuisinart DCC-1150BK 10-Cup Classic Thermal Programmable Coffeemaker, Black

    • Don't buy this useless bit of kit
    • Performs well, leaks a bit of coffee at first pouring of two cups
    • Brewing is fine the craft leaks constantly soaked lid in water and vinegar helps a bit must pour over sink or have towel ready
    • The "program" switch is a bit difficult to operate (stiff and resistive to turning especially if your hands are wet).
    • manuals)- The hole for pouring in the water is a bit hard to reach and takes some getting used
    • The spout is pretty good, however I have to pour pretty slowly so it doesn't drip and getting the last bit out is almost impossible without spilling a little
    • We were a bit hesitant to order after reading a few reviews about it not being very hot for long
    • Many times, the top can be off just a bit and this can cause problems
    • This pot is a bit heavier and bulky compared to a glass
    • It's a bit loud, but the coffee is hot and good
    • but I sure wish I had when it first started leaking just a bit after using it for a short while.....
    • The pot leaks a bit with is the only thing that doesn't function as advertised
    • Perhaps the only little flows are not having the water level on both sides and pouring the water is a bit difficult, since the two entry points are on the back and the lid is in the way.
    • I was a bit hesitant to buy this after looking over the reviews, but we decided to go ahead and get this one, since we had been so pleased with our old model
    • Carafe lid is a bit tricky but after a few days you get the hang of it
    • DISLIKES: Water reservoir is hard to fill, thermal carafe only reliably keeps coffee warm for 2 hours after brewing, display is a bit hard to read, 5 fairly loud beeps at end of brewing cycle, no ability to adjust brew strength
    • It's a tiny bit more expensive then your run of the mill coffee makers, but so worth it.
    • I find that I need to add a bit more grinds than my old coffee
    • The coffee flavor is a bit weak, smooth, no
    • Water fill indicator a bit hard to read in morning light, so I use a small flashlight from the beaker side to hit the level
    • I'm sure it's done this way to keep it hot for a long time, but it's a bit annoying and can splash/spill/leak a bit.
    • The water reservoir is a bit difficult to pour into because of the small space plus the terrible pour of the pot itself, water CONSTANTLY goes everywhere when pouring with the pot and i'm not saying i'm bad at pouring water from a carafe
    • I like my coffee piping hot, this does not cut it.
    • I haven' t got it cleared yet.
