    • You lost me as a customer.
    • They have lost a customer for life and we will not be giving them our money again.
    • I've been a loyal customer of the brand for decades and this is a prime example of why you shouldn't slap your name on just anything.
    • Unfortunately, the product doesn't last more than two years, so I declined and I'm now trying another brand and Cuisinart has lost me as a customer, probably for the rest of our lives since their products and customer service aren't up to par
