It's a nice looking unit with good features...but not worth the premium price due to the faulty construction and defects.

Pros - smooth pour, never drips.- nice to have a filter basket to reuse.- easy to program, controls are super easy to use.- looks great on the counter, very clean look

It is a shame they can't fix this issue as it is nice looking, doesn't take up a lot of room and makes good coffee.

It is a great looking machine and considering we used it pretty much every day for four years, we think it did well

Excellent coffee maker that keeps coffee hot; however, if you are one of those that like your coffee McDonald's hot, keep looking.

I decided to ignore the bad reviews because I like the look of this coffee maker but it has made for stressful mornings when you have an explosion of coffee and have to clean it up.

Only feature enhancements to watch for is the filter size (it's a unique size 2, but we just purchase these in bulk on Amazon) and there is no viewable water well (which would likely ruin the look of the machine anyway).

The look is clean and fits in with our stainless appliances; the programmable feature is great and easy to operate; the brewing is quick and efficient; and the coffee tastes great.

Thus - highly recommended if you dig the stainless steel kitchen look, or just want a great coffee pot.

A little extra polishing may be required to keep it shiny and new looking, the way we like it.

While it brews decent coffee, most of its features are rather antiquated (eg, the outer manual dial buttons and the inner cup amount guide for water are both are difficult to read) and the overall appearance is cheap looking with the plastic grey emulated to look like stainless steel, which was also misleading in the overall description upon purchase
