Overflows, spews steam everywhere, takes way too long to make a bad cup of coffee

no gurgling, no excessive steaming, and its normal production time.

I have had this coffee maker for 7 years - use it at least twice a day and still brews a steaming hot cup of coffee!

Much less wasted heat, steam, and noise, compared to several other coffee makers.

Even after cleaning with vinegar several times, it still spews steam.

The top lid is plastic, which is the funnel / conduit for your steaming hot water, which is an interesting design choice.

We wanted to be able to program a coffee machine and have coffee ready when we get up in the morning, as well as make larger batches when needed

I thoroughly cleaned it as well as I could, tried different filters, coffees, amounts, etc

Somehow the coffee in the DCC-2650 does not taste as good as when you use the DCC-1200!
