Great product, works fantastic, fresh coffee grind and brew.

BUT, th product is so good, and makes excellent coffee, that we replaced it.

We have had this product for exactly 3 months and religiously cleaned out grinder, washed parts and took good care of this unit

Additionally, the chute for the coffee grounds requires clearing/cleaning every couple or three days - I do not recommend this product.

They misled me and tried to ship me an inferior product.
