Overall, I liked that machine, it was just time to replace it

My coffee tastes better, brews faster, the machine is way quieter, and it doesn’t take one or two minutes to heat up like the keurig did

Although I believe I have damaged a part, I love this machine as much as my Keurig machines

Slitting the pod shouldn't be necessary in an expensive machine like this.

We bought this (very attractive) machine in December 2016

I love this machine and have not found any issues in the few weeks I've had it.

So overall, I would have to say that I would not recommend this machine.

BUT it is a loud machine.

This machine is the best of both world

They have had every coffee machine available and are still raving about how much they love this machine

But the machine leaks from the back top when opened to remove the grounds.

In summary, this machine is overpriced, is very cheaply made, and makes terrible coffee.

One has to pour the water in the coffee machine slowly otherwise it goes all over the counter but knowing that now it's a good machine.

This machine is good for only one thing - if you use the premade cups - and put 2 holes in the bottom of each one before use, you're fine

My last machines were the Cuisinart Grind and Brew with Thermal carafe and a Keurig deluxe model

but then there are many times when all I want is a single cup so...perfect machine with a split personality

I was attracted to this coffee maker for its ability to make a pot of coffee as well as to make individual servings.

The coffee isn't as hot as we would like on the single serve side either

coffee you can not buy other brands i like to be able to choose what i like and be forced to buy their brand only plus this Cuisinart now give me the chose if i want fresh brewed coffee instead of a single cup which is really not as strong as i like it
