Honestly when you display on your counter top, I would expect a higher quality, at least a hard plastic

The cover for the large pot side buckled when hot, the carafe came with a cheap plastic lid that I wouldn't expect from them and the single serve side spit water every where

Another thing you should notice is that anytime you use any of The Keurig type of machines a subtle put burning plastic smell is definitely evident
