fine product...wish the single brew reservoir was larger...needs frequent refill as compared with my Keurig..still like the flexibility to brew individual cups as well as greater quantities in one compact unit (as apposed to the Keurig+a conventional pot.

I didn’t submerge it in water, but spills happen and I did not imagine my product would look like this after less than 6 months of use... especially for how much it cost

This Cuisinart was the perfect product for them.

At this price point the product ought to support the ability to adjust cup / mug height to minimize splash and clean up effort.
