We've continued to be very vigilant when filling both the craft water tank as well as the single serve water tank
-
The water tank for the coffee side is a little challenging to fill without spilling.
-
Like it a lot but water tank is waaaaay too small
-
after having Them send me a replacement single cup water tank; it continued to leak
-
Have to agree with everyone who experienced the shut down of the single coffee side -- I tried everything: turned it around, carefully refitted the water tank (several times), emptied and cleaned the water tank (several times) -- it just sputtered a little and no coffee.
-
Water tank leaked from day one...had to send it back otherwise worked great
-
We can't figure out why, but it's clearly coming from the water tank on the instant single serve brewer
-
The water tank for the 12 cup is difficult to pour into.

they just sit there in the water tank and take up space.
-
water tank leaks all the time has left a puddle on my counter more times than I can remember.
-
Because the water tank sits on the back of the Keurig side, you can't open the top to insert the pod very far and the little pointy guy (yes, that's a technical term), will scratch your fingers if you're not careful.
-
But this presents a problem, you have to be able to reach or get behind the maker to replace the water tank
-
I wish the water tank for the k-cups was larger but that’s a minor complaint.
-
The lid to the water tank is fumbly, and falls off, or into
-
I was attracted to this coffee maker for its ability to make a pot of coffee as well as to make individual servings.
-
The coffee isn't as hot as we would like on the single serve side either
-
n’t had any problem since I started doing that for over a year
-
n’t take issue with the plastic, & it looks ok
