Love this item, can slowly drink my morning coffee and it’s hot from the first sip till the last!!

I loved the product, although as everyone knows not every item is perfect, the item stopped working, I contacted customer service and within 1 day they got back to me and replaced the item promptly!!

It plugs into a standard outlet and has 3 heat settings to keep your hot item warm and ready to consume

The item looks really nice and cool on the desk but does not maintain the temperature of the coffee as it claims

My disappointment is that it does not keep drink as warm as I like.

No adjustment features, plus it did not keep my coffee as hot as I like it

My coffee is always as hot as I like it and the auto-off feature is a safety+
