Product barely keeps liquids warm.

I loved the product, although as everyone knows not every item is perfect, the item stopped working, I contacted customer service and within 1 day they got back to me and replaced the item promptly!!

This product works as advertised and is easy to clean.

i have heard that there are fake products arebeing mixed in with the original products no way to be sure what we are getting

I also placed it on a small silicone hot pad to insure that it didn’t overheat the desk top - I noticed that it was a little warm under it after I had used it!I would recommend this product!!
