Shows max level on both sides, yet only the left side does max heat (still not hot enough to boil water) so its getting sent back and replaced with a different brand

So do not expect it to rapidly boil water with a pot the size of the burner

Worst part is it’s not powerful enough to boil water, tried making spaghetti and had it on for about 50 minutes and never boiled!!
