Loud bass popping right out of the box

Purchased 3/13/18 and its dead as of 12/17/18, just pops when turned on buy no audio

This "pop" is loud enough to be completely surprising, and even startle me when I am adjusting something on my computer

I would be careful with purchasing this product, as it creates an audible "pop" when the red audio connector is even slightly bumped in the back side of the subwoofer

I would either get loud popping in both speakers

When left off for more than two minutes, it begins popping and hissing

This is the second pair of these that I have purchased, The first set lasted about 1 year (for the record, these sound great at first for the price) then they started popping and hissing even when nothing is supposed to make sound
