Their response suggests to me their tech support people are not very familiar with the program

PowerDirector could be a good program if they’d fix its many bugs, improve their output image quality (always grainy at best), rewrite their User’s Guide (by someone who thinks LOGICALLY), and have better tech support with prompt replies: waiting seven days is unacceptable
