If you're just a home user who wants to put home videos together or make presentations with video, I think that PowerDirector is the easiest to use

I like that PowerDirector supports drop & drag

PowerDirector and Corel also allow for opening files via drop down menus, but I prefer to drop & drag files directly onto the track

But PowerDirector has been my favorite for the past several years, largely due to its superior screen capture abilities
