knocking a star due to having to buy a new keyboard

I took off one star because everything worked but the Bluetooth 4.0 until I re-seated the Bluetooth Wireless Expansion Card to the MSI motherboard USB header after some serious troubleshooting

Now, I did subtract one star because of the issue we had on day one.

The only reason I knocked off a star is because the front USB ports didn't work out of the box

I knocked off two stars for two reasons first reason the front USB ports don't work at all

I wish I could give a better review and better star rating, but overall the quality with it working 100% is awful.
