    • I am a long time Steel string Acoustic Guitar Picker who just happened across a good deal on a Classical Guitar.... so my opinion on Classical Guitar Strings is not worth much, except in regard to D'Addario Steel strings and the quality of service

    • I've bought these D'Addario strings a few times because they are a great deal
    • "D" strings broke in very short order, sometimes only a few days/weeks after installation.
    • In this tuning, the low E (now D) string is loosened, which exacerbates the lateral movement problem
    • Always i need one week for the new strings stay tuned, but this time has been very difficult and the E string (string six) broke in the process
    • The top E was coming apart as I was putting it on, and the bottom E never got above Db before popping
    • Better projection and durability than ukulele strings twice the price, plus an extra E and A string for making metal threaded cat bone necklaces!
