If I was to rebuy a new router I would by another D-link because it is a good product but one that had a stronger signal.

For the money this product is well worth it.

I can't fault a cheap product for being cheap, so 4 stars for being basically plug-n-play.

They also support their products for YEARS, even after they've stopped making a model.

This product will work amazingly for the warranty period, (one year).

The only drawback seems to be the very long antennae but this is a minor blemish on a fine product.

To me that made it very clear: D-Link didn't want to deal with me because they were supposed to replace their defective product still under warranty

Very satisfied with customer service and the product seems fine so far.

The product still works, and better than our old router, but having to spend an hour figuring out how to reset the damned thing so we could set it up in the first place was not fun.

I highly recommend this product if you need something simple yet effective.

Both are D-link products which makes me wonder as a network engineer how well D-link tests their products against one another, much less with other manufacturer's devices

This product broke down completely after a mere eight days.

Per Amazon's return policy I couldn't return the product because I lost the original packing.

D-Link has a reputation for putting out great products and this is no exception!

The wireless speeds and range are equivalent to similar competitive products such as the Linksys E1000 router.

Avoid waisting your money and also aggravation and waist of time in dealing with a company, D-Link, which will refuse to recognize that their product is defective, and will refuse to replace it during the warranty period

and it didn't help that the D-Link support site had no email or phone support

This was a replacement of an earlier version D-Link router which blew in a lightning storm.

Neither construction nor weather help the wi-fi, yet this D-Link functions quite well

Never got any response from D-Link Support Services despite 2 requests

Sorry D-Link, this router just can't keep up speed within its own specs.

Unfortnately, I cannot return the D-Link Cloud Router, since it has been used!!!!
