Customer support was free and excellent, and they have worked only very well

During this whole time I had a back and forth with the customer support changing this setting or that setting.

I bought this router a year ago and works nice, i had a issue with the connection called customer support and with the case # C652007 and the customers support agent ID # AR005205, got an excellent service and resolved the issue.

and I should call customer support

Customer support was helpful and lead me to an RMA

I would have loved to have called DLink Customer Support to see if they had any ideas
