When she finally returned she told me that the issue I am having is related to the way the router loses track of IP's that have been assigned causing conflicts (this is a KNOWN ISSUE that the F/W 1.01 upgrade was supposed to fix -- guess it did not).To explain a little more, there is an issue with the router keeping track of the IP addresses on the network.

The range actually seems better in my apartment than my MediaLink, but I have had issues with my Xbox 360 being unable to connect at times (doesn't get an IP address)

Update: I've since had some huge issues with not only this device but seemingly anything cloud related.
