The tone and volume is fantastic for my old, hand made, all wood, "Don Jose", made in Spain, relatively cheap, guitar
-
I would strongly recommend to try it if you need a bright and clear high volume tone
-
I was able to get nice, rich fat tones that I love so much, and also the brighter metallic attack closer to the bridge.
-
The tone seemed a little muddy to me
-
The trebles on these strings have a very clean tone, but I think their greatest attribute is that on the guitar I'm playing, (Yamaha SLG130 NW) they stay in tune
-
The carbon series does deliver the best tone in my opinion, and for flamenco guitar I love normal tension, but of course that's all a matter of personal preference

The tone now was very good
-
It's almost as if the tone is more steady and even than a nylon string
-
I love its high and sustained treble tones, its bass was little less than expected for a D’Addario bass quality
-
D'Addario is infamous for it's faulty high E strings
-
The high E string broke after playing it several times.
-
Little E breaks if you look at it funny.
