I'm still unsure how I like the response of the D'Addarios when overblowing notes for a growling effect - I like to scream on my horn a lot and the warmer, darker tone seems to result in a bit smoother sound than I'm used to

Right off the bat, I noticed a warm, dark, and very even response from these D'Addarios
