The foam insert is nice and sturdy and definitely helps take the strain off my feet when playing for a long time, as the foam cushions my foot rather than letting it hit my hard tile floor

I got frustrated and put it away, and recently pulled it back out after moving to a new place which has hard floors

so I dont know if it nonslip on hard floor

You can use this pad to place on hard flooring with little trouble
