This would be something great for a very small child, but not quality enough for an adult looking to use this as a back up amp, or to have on hand as a traveling extra amp.

We plug the electric violin into a different amp and the sound quality was crystal clear and louder

If I had this to do over again, I would probably spend a little more and get a better quality product from Fender, Marshall, or one of the other reputable brands

Other than that great sounding amp, really improves the quality of my guitar.

So I was looking for a quality, ultra-portable amp, and I got exactly that in the Danelectro Honeytone

It does, however, work exactly as advertised and produces reasonable quality and volume.

She loves singing and getting this set was just about as much as getting those silly plastic kids karaoke/microphone sets that always seem to break and need batteries and have terrible sound quality.

Unfortunately, after only about two hours of cumulative use it has developed a static problem whether the adapter or battery power is being used, which is so bad as to make it useless.
