We plugged it in and the thing is loud for such a little and inexpensive gift.

I know one should not expect much from such a small unit, but this thing sounds a lot like a transistor radio.

This thing is great, and it even lets him put a little overdrive on his voice if he wants to sound like a school loudspeaker (which he does, oh how he does)

I read some bad reviews, and while it's true the battery it comes with only lasted long enough to try it out, with a fresh battery (even better the adapter) this thing was shockingly loud for my apartment, I am also surprised at the versatility of those three little knobs

As soon as I switched to a brand new 9 volt battery, the delay went away, the red power light stopped flashing, and the thing sounds like a champ.

It is loud enough to jam along with an acoustic guitar (play in the street) - but mind you, not for long (battery!).So as long as you realize what exactly this thing is good for, then it is an Ok product.

If Danelectro made one for $39.99 rather than $19.99 and doubled the quality level, it might be the best thing, ever

I love this little thing!

It seems weird at first, but I find the headphone jack to be one of the handiest parts of this -- the weirdest thing is the belt clip

This thing worked right out of the box and it sounds awesome, although you have to turn it up very loud to hear over the guitar

my only complaint is that the battery it came with didnt last too longother than that the little thing is LOUD and has a great tone with my humbucking

And the best thing is that it can be carried to anywhere without any hassle
