Keep in mind that accidentally picking up an upgraded weapon instantly boosts your weapon upgrade standing, with no way to bring it back down (as far as I know).I dont think I need to tell you that a level 120 character that never upgraded anything and cheesed magic to get to the point in the game where they construct the infamous Giant Dad build can hang out in the beginning area of the game and unfairly steamroll new players
