This is a good sock - better than most, but not as good as smart wool in my opinion

Keeps warmer than pure wool socks I had

but “Smart Wool” socks thinking they were the best, and they are indeed well made socks.

Not as nice as smart wool, been hiking over ten miles a day everyday for 3 weeks, then switch to these and got blisters

I like wool over cotton because they do not retain the water like cotton.

Honestly i had picked up a pair of the irregulars and i love the not irregulars, i would put these up to any good hiking wool socks, theyre comfy, tough, and they dry fast like advertised

The wool is soft and very effective in winter.

I gave these to my son in law for Christmas as he said he wanted warm wool socks that weren't bulky.

He says these feel really good - there is a special feeling to good wool socks, they are warm and have held up to hard and frequent use all winter

I can't stress enough that Merino wool is worth every penny

I wear them 5 days a week and the Merino Wool is FAR SUPERIOR to any other sock with regards to keeping the smell down after months of wash cycles

Merino wool is great and these socks are the best I’ve owned.

They look great, fit snug, and keep my feet warmer than other wool socks like the Kirkland brand.
