At the moment of receiving the camera and trying to install it, the cable to connect the rear camera was defective and when connecting it to the front camera it damaged the usb port of this, so that afterwards the rear camera did not work

The ports for the rear cam and power are junk, very fragile, instructions are terrible, the sticker they put over the ports telling you where to plug in power vs rear cam was backwards

I like the fact that company sent a e-mail before product arrived, explaining the proper port connections for power and rear cam.

Then manufacturer said that many of their costumer plug into the wrong port and which they redesign the product and they doesn't know which batch of product I received

Unless you’re super observant and careful, you will damage those crappy ports
