A bit tricky to assemble and get it positioned, but once this is setup you are golden.

It takes a bit of "MacGyver" skills to accomplish this task, but, with the leftover adapters in the one purchased mounting kit, I was able to mount both of my C420's perfectly.

Yoiu have to fool around a little bit because the instructions ain't worth a lot.
