I order this on a lightning deal and the product arrived in two days where as the player itself looked well packed and new. upon opening and testing the product I found that it was a defective product (lcd screen was very bad quality, one cannot make out what's playing on the screen)and looking on the accessories it seemed like someone had returned the item
