I would say it was about 50 feet in the air when it stopped responding, tried to kill the controller before losing sight but nothing helped it just kept going up.

Too bad, at least the white controller seemed to function better than the trims on this one

I contacted the seller and was sent a new controller, free of charge, excellent customer service and very prompt.

(This is resolved with the better controller I think)

It had no scratch or any damages it was sturdy n flew properly till it's battery went out.
