The manual just says to pop them in but they fall out at the first hard landing

It does take time to get used to(medium learning curve) but through every rough landing it ended up fine

Can't take much of a hard landing

Quite durable but a hard landing on top made switching the power VERY difficult, extra parts are nice but didn't have one for that.

Make sure to buy a few extra batteries and guards for the blades because you will crash it a little trying to master a landing

My only real complaint is that the battery case easily falls open after a hard landing unless you screw it in

This drone goes at least 300ft in the air .Just try to do a soft landing

First it took a fall from a height of about 50 ft or so - we flew it high and was trying to do a landing when it lost power suddenly - and its rotor guard broke off

When things don't work as they should that is NOT operator error
