I was pleasantly surprised when it made the tone a deeper sound, not a whole lot, just enough to make it sound proper if that makes sense

On a 5.7 challenger I took the rear mufflers and replaced them with for of these, cruising noise level is close to if not the same as stock, not as loud but much cleaner sounding than just a muffler delete.
