For entry level drummers, the Ddrum D2 is excellent and the price is like icing on the cake

, everything was complete, It is a complete Set, 6 very good sets of drum sticks and nice bag to hold them and tuning key that came with set, heads are good and should last, I bought the set for my grandsons and they are going to be excited

The kick heads seem okay, as do the snare heads, but again I ordered a nice Aquarian top head for the snare to have on hand, too

The toms are all great, especially after you put on some nice heads

The heads will suffice until I replace them at a future date (along with the cymbals)

And not the good half

Not only did we receive only ONE box (HALF) of the set, but to also have to TRY to explain to our young son that Santa had somehow "dropped half of his present off of the sleigh", but to wonder if we would (or will) be granted what we rightfully paid for as he anticipates the remainder of his gift, is quite a headache, as well as a worry.

After playing on it with my limited skills for a while, I can tell you the set is worth the money, and while the cymbals aren't the best, I think most of the reviews have given them too bad a rap.

Because this set was so cheap, I'll be able to do that sooner than later and still not end up spending a fortune

Couple upgrades here and there and you should have a really nice sounding setup (and this doesn't really sound that bad to my untrained ears) and my boys love it
