This is a nice quality kit that I plan on keeping for a long time

But, even after a year im still using both of themthe hi hat and the crash/ride.the snare is the kits best part

It is a great starter kit

The heads, of course, have been changed over the years, as have the cymbals, but this really a solid kit for those looking to get started or looking to have a kit to have around the practice space

The kit itself sounds pretty good right out of the box, you will need to look online (like on their website [...]) for actual instructions on HOW to put the kit together as there are NONE included in the box

My son loves the set and I feel like we have a kit that he can use for a while and build off of.

It's actually a pretty nice kit, and a very complete one for a 'beginner' kit
