I would recommend this Dell to anyone who is looking for a great Laser Printer

Dell help and customer support are worthless.

Not a biggie since you can retrieve that off the web and install files off the Dell support site (Dell site is confusing about which files to install, but can be figured out)

The image came out nice and clear and I preferred the Dell over the HP even though it was in grayscale
