This monitor does have a great picture, the colors look rich and the blacks are deep

TN panels won't ever have the greatest colors or brightness unless you pay the premium for the nicer ones.

Pros: I really liked the quality of the screen, great picture and good size,colors were slightly off out of the box but after I tweaked the settings it looked greatCons: when I got the monitor it was ghosting really bad, some setting tweaking helped slightly but it made some games

I've only had this monitor a few days, but so far it's excellent in providing accurate colors, very pure whites, grays, and blacks, accurate skin tones and realistic images that pop compared to the frosted screen on the LG.I'm not a gamer but like to play the old Quake III Arena on occasion, and although the graphics look good on the LG, they really pop on the S2340M and appear much clearer, with more depth

I loved the IPS panel and the rich color, not sure where I'll find another of such quality, but I wouldn't buy it again if the bulbs or whatever will die after a year and a half
