It's fully capable, has a clean footprint, and doesn't have a lot of junk on it

This all in one PC doesn't have a lot of bells in whistles (no touch screen, no webcam, wired accessories), but it does have a clean small footprint, nice screen, it's super quite and doesn't have a lot of junk pre-installed.
