They have horrible customer service

Attractive monitor, but poor customer support.

I tried calling Dell and had horrible customer service that did not solve my problem

Very sad customer service

And the assistance did not come from the Dell website, which is next to useless as well b/c it deals with all Dell monitors, but not specific ones

good, but not as great as the U2412M, even though 2412m is older but the color is more vivid and crisp.
