The cup warmer is great to warm the cup before making the coffee.

So this works great and makes a decent espresso, but the second cup I make consecutively backs up the machine and it gets all funky.

She stated she'll be mailing out the missing 2 cup filter (I told her I didn't care for the Pod filter as I probably would never use it anyway.)

I did tons of research and think this De'Longhi ECP3420 is the best bang for the buck and does what it is supposed to do, and that is to make a great cup of espresso.
