Very easy - makes noise, but, not super loud!

so I had to go onto YouTube and upload them to prove to them the machine was making a horrible loud noise and was not a descaling problem.

Now the machine makes a terrible noise and water does not come out.

The next day, more noise and the pressure seemed weak

After six or seven months of two to three cups a day use, it died:the pump, which as mentioned, would not work if coffee is tamped, makes noise but does not pump

I have found this machine very easy to use; quick heat up, strong frother and very little noise.

This is a small thing, but with my previous, 'cheap-o' machine, I poured in the amount of water for that cup and set the machine, while I took my dog out into the yard for his morning sniffNpee

It produces a nice crema, especially with my grind of choice which is Lavazza Crema e Gusto Ground Coffee Blend, Espresso Dark Roast.
