Should have read the reviews more carefully about the water tank

; it's good from the standpoint of having to move the unit to fill the water tank if your machine is under kitchen cabinets, like mine is; it's bad from the standpoint of clamping on the brew basket/handle because you need both hands, one being necessary to stabilize the whole unit.

Make sure the water tank is securely pushed down or it will not work.

On the pro side, it is a sleek looking unit and refilling the water tank is hassle-free, although it holds only enough water to get about five quad-espresso before refilling, so for me, that's an every other day chore.
