The soap is fine, the 3 stars are based on that this is not a 12 pack, the seller will switch the title to 12 pack, and ships just one dial soap for $5 lol, even though the invoice reads 12 pack, the title will be switched to not include 12 pack once item is shipped, so i want you to know, if you order this product even if the title says its pack of 12, you will get just one

I think that the reason that these soaps are so affordable is that they have second rate pump lids

The scent and moisture is ok with this product, but the biggest issue is that when we open the box the soap is leaked from the bottle... need improvement on this.
