    Diamond VC500 USB 2.0 One Touch VHS to digital file and DVD converter, Video Capture Device with Easy to use Software - Convert, Edit and Save to Digital Files For Win7, Win8 and Win10

    • I communicated with their tech support 4 times and still had problems.
    • The tech support is next to non-existent, and the booklet sent with the device is woefully inadequate.
    • TRIED TECH SUPPORT ON LINE
    • Since the tech support have limited hours I had to wait until today, Monday, Janury 22 and was provided with another key code that doesn't work
    • I've had to email tech support twice with separate questions that should have been covered in the manual, one an extremely basic question of how to get from point A in the process to point
    • Tech support at my company and at Diamond cannot figure out why
    • I called Diamond Support and actually got thru to a real tech support person who told me this is a known issue, and that there was no plan of record for resolving it.
    • Tech support says that one of the 2 recording software programs included should record.
    • I sent Diamond tech support email for help.

    • Actually, Tech support at Diamond is very minimal
    • I filled out tech support forms.. took a week to get the first response, a week on the second.. it just is not worth it.
    • The manual is not good for complete set up and I had to call tech support before I got sound
    • Next step is to download off the website, tech supports recomendation
    • (They don't answer their tech support phone number BTW).
    • Posted on their website and I asked their tech support about what I was supposed to do, but never got an answer.
    • I truly hope that this works and that this time that I am provided some tech support because I do not want to continually get new key codes.

    • After other indications it would work, I Emailed Diamond tech support and they replied it is fully compatible with Win 10,
