When my very expensive CD player stopped recognizing CDs ("No Disc"

I looked on Amazon and discovered that there were a myriad of products that cleaned CD player lenses.

I used the cd cleaner, but I'm still having problems with it

it also works great on cd's players, just make sure that the cd isn't dirty, or scratched, clean it if you need to and you should have no problems

After MUCH time spent searching for a CD cleaner that would work in a CAR CD that was "hic-cupping" on every slight (even imaginary) bump on the road, and also wouldn't take in another CD (couldn't change my music selections) ....

I did this for about a minute, then tried playing a burned audio CD and it worked great!

I removed the CleanDR and tried several other audio CD's and now THEY ALL WORK!I highly recommend this product to anyone with a non functioning CD player.... this thing does magic!

Very simple: You basically play the cleaner CD on Track 6 of your CD player or DVD player; and in about a minute, or less, your CD player or DVD player optical reader has been cleaned.

This is one super CAR CD cleaner.

Have listened to books on CDs since I got the car and now have learned that you are supposed to clean the CD player after every 40 hours of play time with the CD cleaner disc.

My beloved Marantz professional cd audio player suddenly stopped recognizing and playing cds.

My mid 2009 Macbook Pro had started getting picky about which discs it would read (seemed like it would read CDs but not DVDs)

I received this CD cleaner via Amazon Prime 2 day delivery in excellent packaging condition

Using a blue ray cleaner on a DVD or CD would be ineffective and may not clean it at all because the bristles on the cleaner are too short and using a CD cleaner on a Blue Ray may cause the roots of the brush to hit the laser and actually damage the player.

I am really dissapointed I paid so much for a DVD player that doesn't work, but this review is about the CD cleaner which worked great and not about the overpriced, underperforming Bose DVD player.
