Just insert the disc and as it turns it is starting the cleaning process
-
I ran the CleanDr process a 3rd time (it takes just over 30 seconds to run the cleaning process).
-
and it also tells you when the cleaning process is finished.
-
But all I did was pop this into my PS2, jump to track 6 (the cleaning process) and my PS2 now reads both types of disks no problem
-
I tried another brand and it seemed to be too quick of a cleaning process to have worked, so I tried this one and it seems to be much more thorough and cleans for a much longer timeframe than the other brand.

When the voice tells you to advance to 6, just press the numeral 6 and then the voice lets you know the cleaning process is
-
I hit the play button, a voice announced it would start the cleaning process, and in under a minute, it was done
-
On the third try it recognized the disc and went through the cleaning process.
-
Very fast cleaning process.
-
I was skeptical at first since the product didn't come with any liquid solution for the cleaning disk and the whole cleaning process took less than 5 minutes
-
After using it several times I now just go to track 6 and start the cleaning process
-
You need to be on track 6 to get the cleaning process started, though it should set itself to that track as soon as you put it in the CD/DVD player (or at least it did in
-
But soon enough, the CD loaded up, and after a painless cleaning process, my drive seems to be working again!Caveat - I haven't tested my DVD drive for very long after.
-
It finished very quickly and I put in a self-recorded CD-R (which had failed to play previously) and it failed again
-
Then I put the failed CD-R in and it worked!
-
This worked better than the one I got from Radio S some years ago
