Not quite as loud on the clean channel as the Danelectro Honeytone, but a more "Voxy" sound
-
Plugged into a larger amp (you will need an adapter) it gives any instrument incredible tone and the overdrive channel is HUGE
-
I prefer it on the clean channel with the drive up about 1/3 and the volume all the way
-
It breaks up right away on clean channel
-
It has a few nice features: gain and clean channels, a wide variety of beats to play against, power adaptor option and headphone jack
-
The adjustments were hard to tune-in with the knobs, but I expect my ability to dial-it-in will improve as I use it.
-
The Vox's own AUX input (so you can play along with your portable music collection via ipod, smartphone, laptop, etc.) is another nice feature, as are the LED E-string tuner and clean/overdrive switch (to add some "crunch" on rock tunes)

and I miss you very much Moog L-7)
