I compared this speaker with my old JBL Flip 2, and also with Logitech X300, and it holds up pretty well, although it does not get as loud as the flip 2(probably 10% less loud) , it compares extremely well at the mids and lows, in fact I think it outdid the flip 2, also it is quite portable and feels durable, one issue though, with the LEDs on, and doing some function, the audio lags just about half a second while playing a video, which is not a big deal for me, as its barely noticeable , but I thought it is worth a mention, the mic quality also as advertised is pretty good
